Client Information:
* We prepare all packages on location. This assures the highest quality of product.
* $100.00 deposit is required to secure your date. None-refundable.
* Menu price are subject to change without notice due to current market trends.
* Final guest count is needed 1 weeks before your event date.
* 50% deposit is required 2 weeks before your event date.
* Balance is due the day of your event. Minus $100.00 (date deposit)
* A 20% service charge will be added to your total.
* Service charge covers all necessary equipment to set up and service a buffet, the staff needed to load and unload the vehicle or vehicles, service all dirty dishware and equipment after the event and a portion of fuel to and from events.
*** An added fuel charge may be added for long distance events.
* Make checks payable to: Olen's Southern Catering.
* Payment can be paid in cash, personal check or company check.
* Credit card payment option coming soon.
** Returned checks will be charged an additional $50.00 service fee.
* You must provide two 8 foot tables for Buffet Set Up with table covering.
* Buffet line will be disassembled approximately one half hour after last serving.
* Arrangements for longer buffet time must be approved prior to day of your event.
* All left over food items will be wrapped in disposable containers.
*** Olen's Southern Catering shall not be held liable for any left over food items.
* Trash cans must be provided for your guest.
* Additional waitstaff fee of $30.00 an hour for each server requested.
* Water and electric must be provided.
* Restrooms must be provided for all staff.
* Olen's southern Catering cooks rain or shine and even in the snow. Please have a secondary plan due to bad weather.
* Rental tents, tables, chairs and heaters are available from your local rental center.
