Olen's Southern Catering brings our "Custom Mobile Kitchen" to your event location and roll out the steamers and grills. All of our products are hand pick for high quality and freshness. Maine lobster and clams, are flown in the morning of your event!

 Custom menu options are always welcome.

Your Traditional "New England Clambake" include the following:

~ Heavy duty dinnerware.

~ Lobster bibs.

~ Napkins.

~ Wet naps.

~ Lobster "Crackers" ($5.00 charge for all NONE RETURNED crackers)

~ Drawn butter

Your Event Menu Selection: (25 person minimum please)

* Whole Maine Lobster (Tell us what size you want)

* Crab Legs (King Crab or Snow Crab)

* Filet of Sirlion (Chef Cut 8 ounce)

* Surf and Turf (Half Chicken or Filet)

* Two Lobsters (Tails or Whole)

* Maine Lobster Tail

* Half Chicken (For those that don't want Lobster)

Dinners include:

Creamy Clamchowder

1 Dozen steamed bagged "Little neck clams"    

Steamed red skin potatoes

Southern creamy coleslaw

Fresh corn on the cob

"Additional dozen clams maybe added for a extra charge"
